Nohonani
Dining Picks:
Mala: As you're coming into
Lahaina from Nohonani turn right at Canoes
restaurant and keep going until you get to
the back side of the Cannery Mall. On the ocean
side of the road you'll see an unpretenious
little restaurant called Mala. Here you can
get sampler plates of heavenly food, drink
great
wine and
have wonderful conversation with friends. No
dress code here. Just great food and great
times. Sit in the back and open one of the
large windows over looking the ocean. The air
is salty fresh and you might even get a shower.
To get
any
closer
to the water you'd have to go on a dinner cruise.
Okazuya & Deli: The best
tastes and prices in town! Great for takeout
lunches or dinners
on the beach or in your room. Delectable plates
for all palates. Come and see why many
West Maui residents call Okazuya, "da
kitchen".
Hula Grill: Barefoot Dining - Nostalgic Hawaii
at it's best and that's just the atmosphere!
Outdoor dining, nightly ukulele serenades,
affordable food, and shoes optional. Steak,
Seafood, Pasta, Local Fare, and More.
David Paul's Lahaina Grill: Voted "Best
Maui Restaurant" 10 years in a row, Fresh
Gourmet dishes and service in a refined, comfortable
atmosphere. Located at the historic Lahaina
Inn. www.lahainagrill.com
Mama's Fish House: Located in famous Paia,
overlooking Ho'okipa Beach famous for professional
windsurfing, Mama's dishes are so divine it's
never too early to call ahead for reservations
to secure your place at her table. This place
is definitely one attraction you'll want to
splurge on!
Lahaina Luau - Our pick for Luau's is the
Lahaina Luau. This is the longest running and
most authentic Luau on Maui. If you're looking
for schlock this luau is NOT for you. It is
authentic and really tries to respect the spirit
of the dance. Great drinks and food too.
